This primer is also create a 3-dimensional face line by reflecting light from all angles of the face

Packaging

The packing itself is great as it is not too big, granted that the thick glass casing it a bit heavy. It also comes with a pump which is very hygienic and is brilliant for the 1:1 ratio they recommend if you wish to mix this with another product.

How to Use: 

Apply proper amount evenly on the skin before base makeup (Mix VDL Lumilayer Primer and VDL Foundation in a 1:1 ration for natural radiant complexion). This product can be applied alone or used with foundation.

Texture

The VDL Lumilayer Primer Fresh it's lightweight texture. This primer comes out of the bottle completely white with lots of visible shimmer. Don't worry! Once it's applied to the skin it becomes sheer and the shimmer becomes less noticeable. 

Consistency

The consistency is similar to that of a watery lotion which helps it to glide on smoothly. One pump is enough to cover the entire face. The result is very dewy and glowy effect if applied as the base makeup. If you know Korean makeup, you know dewy radiant skin is their preference as it radiates youthful exuberance.

Overall, The VDL Lumilayer Primer gives your skin this gorgeous radiant glow! The product itself has a pearlescent glow with very subtle shimmers in it, which when applied, makes my skin look naturally healthy and dewy. Love it! Of course, it also helps your makeup go on better and last longer!

I would recommend this product to people with dry to normal skin. Those with oily skin may want to follow up with powder as there is very little oil control.
