IND.USTRIE Kitchen & Coffee - BINTARO

Hellooo~ Sudah lama banget rasanya aku tidak menulis review mengenai cafe atau restaurant. Awalnya aku sempat berpikir untuk menghentikan post mengenai kuliner di blog dan fokus hanya pada beauty dan fashion saja. Tapi pada akhirnya tetap aja kalau mengunjungi cafe yang unik, rasanya ga tahan untuk sharing di blog.


Beberapa minggu lalu aku mengunjungi salah satu cafe dengan konsep unik di Bintaro. Tentunya perjalanan ke Bintaro sangat jauh dari rumahku dan aku sendiri tidak tau lokasi pastinya. Well tapi nekat aja tetep pergi dengan mengandalkan GPS. Awalnya aku mengetahui IND.USTRIE Kitchen & Coffee ini dari acara televisi. Lokasinya cukup strategis berada dalam deretan ruko dan mudah ditemukan dari gps.


Sesuai dengan namanya IND.USTRIE, the interior is made out of recycled things, jadi semakin menciptakan suasana seolah-olah kita sedang di industri.


Ind.ustrie merupakan tempat yang cocok untuk hang out atau nongkrong bareng dengan teman-teman maupun klien bisnis. Restonya juga cozy dan nyaman. Ada yang indoor dan outdoor.

Cita rasa menu makanan di Ind.ustrie merupakan perpaduan antara back to basic asli Indonesia dan Japanese Fushion. 



Hammer Chicken - IDR 40rb
Ini adalah salah satu menu andalan di cafe IND.USTRIE. Walaupun menu seperti ini sering kita jumpai di resto manapun, tapi rasa Hammer Chicken disini enak dan memiliki citra rasa sendiri. Aku paling suka dengan sambel nya!


Monkey Rice- IDR 37rb
Tenang dan jangan negative thinking dulu, nasi ini bukan dari daging monyet loh! Monkey Rice ini rasanya unik banget dan mirip-mirip dengan nasi liwet. Ini merupakan menu fav yang aku rekomen banget saat kamu mengunjungi IND.USTRIE Kitchen & Coffee - BINTARO

Kemanapun perginya, wajib banget minum teh hahaha..
