Review: Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner

 

The Wonder Pore Freshner is a total solution for pore troubles. It is an astringent toner with antiseptic properties that removes oil, dirt, germs, and residues for clear, healthy skin.

It claims to do 7 of the following:
Deep cleanse pores
Control sebum
Keep the ideal pH balance (4.5 ± 1)
Tighten pores
Brighten skin tone
Prevent enlarging of pores
Prevent skin troubles

It is 6 free, so it doesn't include: parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrance, artificial pigments, talc and animal ingredients.

It contains their anti pore-dex complex (Korean pasque flower, dandelion, chrysanthemum, and hinoki cypress extracts) Those ingredients are used to treat acne and inflammation, soothe the skin, and cleanse the skin more thoroughly than the general ingredients in soaps and cleansers. It also contains astringentlex (rose geranium, lotus flower, great burnet, gambier, and cinnamon extracts) , which is supposed to suppress the production of excess sebum by tightening the pores. Those ingredients enhance firmness and elasticity of the skin.

Packaging :

As many of you may know, The product comes in 250ml and 500ml with a very convenient and hygienic bottles, so you can opt for a smaller, more convenient size if you'd like.

How to use it ?

I'm pouring a little bit of it on a cotton and wipe it over my face. So here are some of the steps for my facial routine:
1. Clean the dirt and pollutants out of my face using Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner
2. Wash my face using foam facial cleanser
3. Moisturizer

In my opinion, it's a great product for it's price , since it does a lot more than any other toner I've used so far. I use this after cleansing and so far it's good although it contains alcohol but it didn't bother my sensitive skin  and I have to say I quite like it. it definitely get rid of most dirts, and your skin feel fresh and toned after using it. I also noticed a slight improvement of my t-zone.

Cleans oil,dust,dirt and pollution.

If any residual dirt is left on your face after cleansing you better believe that you'll see it on your cotton pad!

It does smell really nice, a very fresh scent that makes your face feel clean . I did notice some minimizing, however it is a bit of a slow process. You'll see your pores looking smaller instantly once you use this, but for long term results, you'll want to use this regularly.
