Dove Damage Therapy-Intensive Repair Overnight Treatment

Dove is known for their moisturizing beauty bar. However, they too, started venturing into hair care products. Earlier this year, Since I am an avid fan of hair treatment products . I bought their overnight treatment, Nourishing Oil Care -Nutri- Oil Serum and treatment mask. I will post a review on the treatment mask soon. Anyway, enough rambling. I present to you the overnight treatment .

Treatment revives, repairs, and deeply moisturises the hair while the body is at rest. Contains fibre actives to deeply penetrate damaged, dry, or coloured hair throughout the night to actively replenish proteins and restore strength. A micro moisture serum works to nourish and seal each strand from root to tip.

Pack siZe: 120ml.

Apply 2~4 pumps of product onto damp or towel dried hair concentrating from the middle to the ends.
Blow dry as usual.
Can also be used on dry hair.
Leave it on throughout the night.
It's non greasy, soft texture melts instantly into your hair.

I've been using this treatment regularly with the complementary shampoo and conditioner for the past month or so now. The instructions say that this should be used at least once a week. Well, I love to pamper my hair so I use it every night . It says to use 2-4 pumps. I feel my hair in better condition since I started using this treatment, but it hasn't really lived up to it's claims of deep repair.

Sometimes the pump dispenses too little product, sometimes too much .

The cream is white with a pleasant smell. It is non greasy and easy to apply to your hair. You can buy at leading department stores, supermarkets, and Watson's.

Pros :

Smells good.
Makes hair silky smooth and soft in the morning.
My hair it felt so much better and wasn't so damaged anymore.
Affordable, economical and extremely effective.
Easily available in department stores and beauty stores.
It is quickly absorbed into my hair with no feeling of greasiness
Pump has locking mechanism to avoid spillages and easy to use.

Cons :

Down side is no matter how much I used it always needed to be washed out the next morning despite the description on the bottle saying otherwise. So i think, I would rather use any hair masque to moisturize my hair.
